Urine Formation Process

The process of formation of urine in the kidney are as follows:

 Filtration (filtering)

Blood filtration occurs in the glomerular capillaries, the blood capillary bubbly-bubbles in the bowman capsule. In glomerular endothelial cells are making it easier filtering. Blood from the glomerulus to cross epithelial cells of the capsule that serves as a filter buwman called podosit cells.

In addition to the screening process, there is also binding in glomerular blood cells, platelets and plasma proteins that largely did not participate were excluded. This screening results in the form of glomerular filtrate (primary urine) are compositionally similar to the blood but it does not contain protein. In the primary urine can be found amino acids, glucose, sodium, calcium, ions and other salts.
